I decided to open up dialog on "Reversals" for any of my readers who might be interested. This is certainly an experiment. Honestly, I'm not certain, at all, if this is a good idea or if anybody is really all that interested. I have my reservations.
Right now, given the read counts and feedback I've received from the multiple sites I'm posting "Reversals" to, I'm assuming there's some thousands of people interested in the story. I have no idea, of course, of how many there really are nor do I know, of those, how many might want to discuss the story on a forum.
It will either prove to be something that my readers are interested in or it won't. Time will tell. Feel free to comment on things you like or don't like in the story. Feel free to discuss the plot and characters at length if you wish. You can ask me questions too but I reserve the right to not disclose too much, especially not about future chapters.
Please remember to keep everything respectful and reasonable in all your posts on the forum. Please don't give the folks hosting my site reasons to sanction the forum or me reasons to delete a post - that would be a bad thing all the way around.
To "Anonymous 04/19/17" how am I doing? ;)
I would like that more than you know Miss! Not only is it a great separate story idea, but it would touch a nerve with many men like me, as I've lived it. I was replaced at work by a young woman. My female boss was polite but firm with me that things were moving on and I hadn't kept up with the new trends in our profession.
I felt emasculated and struggled a little with impotence briefly. But then I started looking at the facebook pictures of the girl who replaced me. She looked very professional in her high heels and suits. I got my erections over her and started shamefully masturbating over her. I hated this but came to accept it. That's the start of my realization that female rule isn't just inevitable, but I enjoyed it. MY new exciting job gives me plenty of opportunities to affirm this :)
It can be deeply shameful and humiliating to a man to watch white male power being stripped away, but stories like yours help me come to terms with it and embrace a new female-led environment :)
We're here to help you Miss with anything you would like to know, feedback etc.
Well, thanks very much, Ed. First for being a fan and secondly for the great ideas.
I’m very glad you’re enjoying “Reversals”. I really do want to write serious, professional quality science-fiction erotica, novels and short stories that tantalize and excite my readers and femdom is one of my favorite themes.
Regarding what Julia does to Eric - fear not. Julia is just beginning to find her “darker” side and Eric is too blinded by her beauty to resist. She’s breaking him down inch by inch and by the end I’m not sure there’s going to be much of the old Eric left. Julia and Samantha surprise even me at times!
If the things happening at Julia’s office excite you, I think you might enjoy some of the discussion Samantha has with Eric in chapter 10. There are things happening in the real world to suggest that women are indeed moving ahead while men are falling behind. For example, more women are now getting college degrees than men. Samantha delights in using that fact to further demean and manipulate poor Eric and tortures him with speculation on what it all might mean. But then, Samantha is a villain, after all, and she wants Julia. Still, one has to wonder. Maybe Samantha is closer to the truth than most people want to believe.
Also, I’m pleased you like the ‘bridge to the future’ idea. There really is a lot to explore in the workplace. You’re making me think there might be a whole other story there to consider, maybe even another novel. Maybe I’ll name the protagonist “Edward” or “Ed”. Would you like that? ;)
Hi Rachel, thanks for creating this forum and taking the time to reply to your fans.
I'm really enjoying the quality and the pacing of the story. The delayed satisfaction of the slow pace has caused me to be feel very wicked towards Eric, wishing him to be completely crushed and humiliated under Julia's high heels. I'm really hoping she'll enforce chastity on him but I'm happy to see whichever way you go with it.
It would be interesting to hear a little more down the line of Julia's career trajectory and how she and her boss treat men in the office. The whole 'bridge to the future' thing is really exciting and I hope something similar happens in reality - women are better in modern-day business. Many men are now realizing and accepting this and any more of that office-based dominance, women being promoted, guys losing out and feeling emasculated, could go down a treat!
I'm happy to give my two cents on any particular questions you have. Hope all is well, Ed.
Yes. Things are going to be "changing" for poor Eric fairly soon. The tattoo has sort of flipped a switch in his mind and really changed his relationship with Julia. I'm afraid, for Eric, it was a point of no return. His "old Julia" is gone forever. And, indeed, I do wish I could find more time to write. I am going to work hard to write more this year.
I like the concept, and surprisingly, I like the pace of the story. I think everything is setting the stage for future developments (pun intended).
It would be nice if you were able to devote more time to your writing, but, then, we can't have everything, can we?
