Without getting into too much of my private life I think it’s fair to say I’ve spent plenty of time exploring my dominant side and “researching” the male mind at the same time. It helps if you want to do creative and naughty things to your man. Being good at flirting also helps. So, yeah, I think I get it, or most of it anyway ;)
Also, I do indeed have a couple of guys I trust with critiquing who always offer me very valuable feedback on my stories.

You capture Eric's tormented feelings so well. Do you get any guys to look drafts over for you or do you have experience in dominating guys and know how we tick? :)

The first draft of part ten is almost finished. It's a bit of a different chapter as Julia, Samantha, and Eric are all in a fairly major scene together. It's a multi-scene chapter that forwards the plot along a good deal. I have one more scene to write for the chapter but I'm hoping it's not overly complicated.
After all of that I normally do a second and often something of a third draft or polishing draft. If I can find the time it might be as little as a week but it might well be longer, like two weeks. I'm hoping to get on a more regular writing schedule (I really am) but my corporate job (yuck), the one that pays the rent these days, has to take precedence.
Someday, I'm hoping to write full-time but unfortunately I'm a long way from being able to support myself on my writing projects alone.
Hope that helps. I'm going to try to get more consistent this year. I have a lot of stories I want to write.
